Our client approached us with ownership of detached single-storey bungalow family home in the Borough of Broxbourne, with the dream of creating a stunning, one-of-a-kind new build development.

Through a thorough feasibility study, we aimed to justify even the smallest details to explain to the local planning authority why the site was opportune for a unique residential dwelling.

Our clients envisioned transforming redevelopment of a detached bungalow dwelling into two storey 6 bedroom detached dwelling with loft that better suited their growing needs. The ground floor is thoughtfully planned to accommodate spacious family living areas alongside a guest bedroom for visitors. The first floor and loft house the private family quarters, offering comfort and privacy.
