BROOK CRESCENT

Our client came to us with a clear goal: to give their traditional family home in Brook Crescent a complete makeover. They needed more space, more light, and a layout that worked better for their family’s needs.

To make this happen, we designed a single-storey rear extension for the ground floor and a double-storey side and rear extension for the first floor. Getting planning approval was a challenge, so we carefully phased the applications to make sure we could maximize the space without setbacks. In the end, our client gained a bright, spacious, and energy-efficient home that perfectly suits modern family life.

We also explored the potential of a loft extension, an easy way to add extra living space under Permitted Development. With enough headroom and a little creativity, a loft conversion can become the best spot in the house, whether for a bedroom, home office, or a cozy retreat.
